FAQs

  • How do I qualify to live at Saiya?

    Saiya proudly works with all who meet their rental qualification criteria. Our residents are asked to make a pre-tax income equal to or exceeding 3 times the base rental amount per month, satisfactory credit, positive rental history, and a clean criminal history report.

  • How much is the rent?

    At Saiya, we offer spacious studio, one, two and three-bedroom residences as well as townhomes to best accommodate your lifestyle. You can find the most up to date information by visiting our website and clicking availability on our floor plans page.

  • Are utilities included in the monthly rent costs?

    The monthly rental rate you see online is not inclusive of utility costs. Please see our fee guide on our floor plans page for more information.

  • What’s your pet policy?

    We love pets at Saiya! We welcome your furry friends – cats and dogs. We allow up to 2 pets per apartment home – breed and weight restrictions apply. There is a $300 one-time non-refundable pet fee due at move-in, and a pet rent of $40 per pet, per month. We also have a pet park and dog wash on site.

  • How do I pay rent?

    You can pay rent in whichever method is most convenient for you. As a resident, you will have access to an online resident portal where you can schedule one-time payment or enroll in automatic payments. Otherwise, you can stop by the leasing office during our business hours and drop off a cashier’s check. Please note, personal checks and money orders are not accepted.

  • What is the parking situation?

    All parking is managed through the Parkade app where you can choose your desired spot, rent your parking space while you are away, and you can even rent a temporary space for your guests!

  • What amenities to you have on site?

    Saiya is a smoke-free community with a two-story fitness center equipped with saunas, two community pools including a roof top pool, rooftop lounge and kitchen, indoor game lounge, bodega market, pet spa, and dog park!

  • Do you offer walk-ins or by appointment only?

    Our leasing office is open for in-person tours. Feel free to walk-in or book an appointment online at livesaiya.com. You can also give us a call to get in touch with a leasing professional to answer any questions prior to your visit.

  • What hours are the leasing office open?

    Our leasing office is open to the public for in-person tours Monday – Friday from 9 am- 6 pm and Saturday/Sunday 10 am – 5 pm. We look forward to your visit!
