Arizona’s art scene has reached new heights! Artist and creative visionary Leila Parnian has completed a record breaking mural stretching 230 feet high on the soon-to-open Saiya Apartment Building in downtown Phoenix, now the tallest mural in Arizona.

"Through Her Eyes," a 230-foot-tall mural created by Leila Parnian, stands tall on the east side of Saiya Apartments in Phoenix on July 9, 2025.

Leila Parnian paints the tallest mural in Arizona at 230 feet in the air alongside DlordInk in Downtown Phoenix. This is the Saiya mural project, 'Through Her Eyes', that has been in the works for 5 years.
